255pub Frequently
Asked Questions

Creating a 255pub account is straightforward. Click the Register button on the homepage, fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, and a strong password. You'll receive a one-time PIN on your registered mobile to verify your number. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. The whole process typically takes under five minutes.

255pub accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for KYC verification: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your chosen ID, plus a selfie holding the document. KYC is required before your first withdrawal can be processed, so it's worth completing early.

On the 255pub login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address or mobile number. You'll receive a password reset link via email or a PIN via SMS within a few minutes. Follow the link or enter the PIN, then set your new password. If you don't receive the reset message within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact 255pub live chat support.

No. 255pub strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

To permanently close your 255pub account, contact customer support via live chat and submit a written closure request. Before the account is closed, withdraw any remaining balance to your registered payment method. Standard KYC checks apply to the final withdrawal. Once closed, your account data is retained for the period required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Account closure is irreversible.

The minimum deposit on 255pub is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum is ₱200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 255pub, though your payment provider's own transaction limits may apply. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 255pub account almost instantly — usually within seconds.

GCash withdrawals from 255pub are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts with completed KYC verification. During peak hours or high-volume periods, processing may take up to two hours. If your GCash withdrawal hasn't arrived within three hours, contact 255pub support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI or BDO generally take one to two business days.

255pub does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or others — may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard rates. For GrabPay and 7-Eleven cash-in options, nominal service charges from those providers may apply. Always check your e-wallet or bank's fee schedule before transacting.

Withdrawal holds at 255pub are most commonly caused by incomplete KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements that haven't been met, a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and your registered 255pub name, or a routine fraud and AML screening check required under PAGCOR regulations. Log in to your account to check if any verification steps are pending, or contact support for a specific status update on your withdrawal.

255pub's online bingo is modeled on the classic Filipino bingo format that players know and love. You purchase digital bingo cards, numbers are drawn at randomized intervals, and the first player to complete the designated pattern wins the jackpot for that round. Games run continuously throughout the day with varying card prices and prize pools. You can participate in multiple simultaneous bingo rooms and the platform auto-daubs your cards so you never miss a match.

255pub offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus amounts and percentage match rates are displayed on the Promotions page at the time of your registration. All welcome bonuses at 255pub come with clearly disclosed wagering requirements — the specific turnover multiplier and eligible games are listed in the promotion's full terms before you opt in. Check the current Promotions page for the latest welcome offer details.

A wagering requirement (also called turnover or rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus balance converts to real, withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in eligible bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. The 255pub Promotions page shows each bonus's exact wagering requirement upfront, with no hidden conditions.

Yes, 255pub runs free spin promotions on selected JILI and PG Soft slot titles, and free bingo card giveaways during special events and holidays. These are often tied to deposit milestones, seasonal campaigns, or loyalty tier rewards. Free spin and free bingo offers are published on the Promotions page with their specific eligible games, expiry dates, and any wagering requirements on winnings generated from them.

255pub rewards regular players through a loyalty points system tied to real-money wagering. As you play, you accumulate points that progress you through VIP tiers. Higher tiers unlock benefits including cashback percentages, faster withdrawal processing, exclusive reload bonuses, and priority customer support. Your current loyalty tier and points balance are visible in your account dashboard. Full tier requirements and benefits are published in the Promotions section.

This depends on the specific bonus terms. Some 255pub bonuses allow you to withdraw your original deposit while forfeiting the bonus balance, with no wagering requirement applied to the deposit portion. Other bonuses lock the full balance (deposit plus bonus) until wagering is complete. The applicable rule is always stated in the individual promotion's terms. If you're unsure about a specific offer, 255pub support can clarify before you opt in.
