Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

Upon account closure for cause, any funds held in your account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as determined by the nature and severity of the violation. Where account closure is not due to user misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your 255pub account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available balance to your registered payment method. PAGCOR has jurisdiction over complaints against PAGCOR-licensed operators. If a dispute is not resolved through our internal complaint process, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through their official channels. 255pub cooperates fully with all PAGCOR inquiries and investigations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other documents incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 255pub with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and representations, whether written or oral, between you and 255pub.

No Waiver
